Climate Change Biology

This course covers the essential biological considerations and aspects of the most important environmental issues of the 21st century. The goal of this course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of climate change as an integrated response of the entire Earth System. To achieve such an understanding, Dr. Mulkey developed an online course using multiple delivery methods such as high-quality and interactive lecture videos, curated videos, collaborative projects, and interactive discussions. Through the process of developing his course, Dr. Mulkey enthusiastically learned new teaching techniques and was able to see the positive results of his efforts reflected in his student understanding and the skills they developed.
