If you would like to collaborate with us on your course design for a new or existing course, the due dates for each semester are listed below. Please allow yourself plenty of time to complete the intake form, and be sure to submit it before the due date noted in the semester you wish to begin course production.
Summer 2026
Course production intakes due
Monday, April 13, 2026
In order to be considered for a space on the development schedule, faculty must submit an intake no later than this date.
COIP PRODUCTION REQUEST
Faculty notified
No later than Monday, April 27, 2026
Faculty will be notified no later than this date whether or not their production request was approved.
Course production starts
Monday, May 4, 2026
Course production ends
Friday, August 14, 2026
Fall 2026
Course production intakes due
Monday, July 20, 2026
